  Dear Don, what we had was so important to me but you messed it up when you gave me a big mac without the sauce I thought we really had a great connection at the register you locked eyes with me and I locked eyes with the big mac until I found out there was no sauce now I sit in my room for days on end and cry because I thought what WE had was real... disappointed, disgusted, and so so upset. We are done DON so THANK YOU FOR NOTHING............

  Waited in the lobby for 25 minutes then when you get the food the sandwiches were sloppy and half wrapped nobody takes pride in their job there

  My "local" McDonald's that I've pretty much always have a good experience at; but there will be times when I've had a not so great experience but they always went above & beyond to fix it. When I do go to other McDonald's I find myself comparing the others to this location as a type of standard for a "good McDonald's" so I'll kinda know what to expect. That doesn't mean judge a place of you have one "bad" experience, just be sure to save your receipt, then call & complain. They'll probably give you free food but if not still go back one more time before leaving a bad review. Usually the best workers are there for the 1st/morning shift since it's usually the higher seniority people that get the weekday morning shifts & they seem to care more which leads to better quality food, orders filled fresh, fast & correct. They NEED to hire more people for their night shift or at least till the inside closes.
